Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Bee-utifully You Boutique, we want you to love every piece you wear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be:
Unworn and unwashed
In original condition
With all tags, labels, and packaging intact
Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or email confirmation) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
Underwear, swimwear, bodysuits
Socks (unless unopened)
Final-sale or clearance items
Gift cards
3. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a store credit or refund based on your preference.
Exchanges follow the same eligibility requirements as returns.
4. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to be processed once the return is received and inspected.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will replace the item at no additional cost or issue a full refund.
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping method.
7. Holiday Extended Returns
Orders placed between 24th of December and 1st of January qualify for an extended returns window of 10 days.
8. How to Initiate a Return
Visit our returns portal at Contact Us or contact beeutifullyouboutique@gmail.com.
Follow the instructions to register your return.
Pack your item securely and attach the provided return label (if applicable).
Drop it off at the nearest shipping carrier location.
